Tellurex will also accept purchase orders. Delivery will be
in accordance with published or verbal lead-times plus transit.
Payment
Tellurex accepts payment by MasterCard or Visa when you order
by phone or Fax. Wire transfers will be accepted with relevant
transfer charges passed to you, and purchase orders require
prior establishment of credit.
Dealers/Distributors
Tellurex does not use dealers or distributors. Thermoelectrics
technology design requires consideration of many factors.

Us to submit your application requirements.
Terms and Conditions
Tellurex Corporation Terms and Conditions apply to all orders.
A copy can be downloaded here at Terms & Conditions,
or we can FAX a copy to you. If there is a discrepancy between
your order and our terms, then our Tellurex Corporation Terms
and Conditions shall control.
Product Availability/Lead Time
Tellurex maintains a working inventory of thermoelectric modules.
Normal ship time is same or next day unless special handling
is required. Special handling includes, but may not be limited
to, height matching, module coating, special wire length,
insulation type, and/or special electrical ends.
Return Policy
If you need to return part or all of an order, please complete
the Returned Goods Form after you receive approval
from Tellurex Corporation. All incorrectly shipped items
will be adjusted for extra costs incurred. If re-stocking
is required there will be a 25% charge that will cover our
costs of unpacking, electrical evaluation and testing, and
return to stock.
Shipping
Our preferred shipper is UPS. We can arrange for other carriers,
but there may be an additional charge. We will invoice with
shipping charges shown as a separate line item. We can ship
your order Collect and charge the shipping cost to your account
upon request.
