Tellurex operates a quality management system which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. This covers the quality management system for the design and manufacture of innovative thermoelectric cooling, heating and power generation products.
Whether you are purchasing standard or custom designed modules and subassemblies, Tellurex products are built to exacting design specifications. Every component or subassembly is tested by Tellurex engineers prior to shipping and warranted to meet its performance and size specifications. Each part or subassembly is covered by a six-month limited warranty. Please download and read our Terms and Conditions prior to placing your order.
If you need to return part or all of an order, please complete the Returned Goods Form after you receive approval from Tellurex Corporation. All incorrectly shipped items will be adjusted for extra costs incurred. If re-stocking is required there will be a 25% charge that will cover our costs of unpacking, electrical evaluation and testing, and return to stock.
